At BridgeWA, we serve as a vital connector between immigrant and refugee communities and the support systems they need to thrive. Through our wide network of partners, volunteers, and advocacy groups, we help you access trustworthy services and opportunities across Washington State.

⚖️ Legal & Immigration Support

1. Immigration Attorney Referrals

Direct connection to trusted immigration attorneys, including those who specialize in asylum, family reunification, humanitarian visas, deportation defense, and LGBTQ+ immigration matters.

2. Pro Bono Legal Clinics & Services

We connect individuals with nonprofits offering free legal consultations, especially for DACA, TPS, asylum, U-Visas, and VAWA cases.

3. Paralegal Volunteer Support

Our trained paralegal volunteers assist with preparing and reviewing immigration forms and applications.

4. Legal Navigation for Complex Cases

Access to our private databank of highly experienced immigration specialists for difficult or urgent cases.

5. LGBTQ+ Immigration & Asylum Referrals

Safe, affirming referrals for queer and trans immigrants seeking help with gender-based or identity-based asylum and protections.

6. Connections to Local Immigration & Refugee Agencies

We work closely with state-certified immigrant and refugee service agencies across Washington for case management, housing, education, and more.

7. Navigation for Government Aid & Programs

Help applying for city and county-level aid (when available), including:

8. Grant & Microfunding Referrals

Guidance connecting you to community grants, relief funds, or donor-supported programs for emergency needs, education, or basic support.

9. Immigration Bill Reimbursement Assistance

In partnership with local funds, we help individuals apply for partial or full reimbursement of immigration application fees (when funding is available).
